The dish and its presentation is unique, it is a surprise, it is a work of art that expresses flavors, aromas, temperatures, the moment, everything around that dilates your pupil and makes your hair stand on end. There is no way to share that in a printed menu.
The new NAEF menu was designed to make the experience easier, sharing a greater amount of information about our products and making it easier to read.
The project presents several challenges. We started with its portability, needing something that fits in your hand and does not cover your face when you see it.
The cleanliness of our menu is a reflection of our kitchen, our way of working and the clarity of the messages we want to share. Quality is not only in our dishes, place and service, but also in your guide, in the menu. Our presentation. Our new menu is a reflection of the pleasure we get from sharing with you the best we have, from the service, the food to the place where you are sitting. All our dishes are delicious, all are treated equally in hierarchy, all are created with heart.
